Filtering & Saved Views
Filter your contacts
Section titled “Filter your contacts”- On the contacts page, click + Filter
- Choose a field to filter by:
- First name, Last name, Email, Phone, Position, Tag
- Choose an operator:

- Enter a value (not needed for “is empty” / “is not empty”)
- Click Apply
You can add multiple filters — they are combined with AND logic (all conditions must match).
Filter by tags
Section titled “Filter by tags”Click a tag in the tag filter bar above the table to quickly filter contacts by that tag. This works alongside the filter builder.
Clear filters
Section titled “Clear filters”- Click Clear all to remove all active filters
- Click the X on an individual filter to remove just that one
Saved views
Section titled “Saved views”Save your current filter setup for quick access later.
Save a view
Section titled “Save a view”- Set up your filters
- Click Saved views (bookmark icon)
- Click + Save
- Enter a name for the view
- Press Enter or click Save
Load a view
Section titled “Load a view”- Click Saved views
- Click the view name to apply its filters
Delete a view
Section titled “Delete a view”- Click Saved views
- Hover over the view name
- Click the X to delete it
The Default view is always available and shows all contacts with no filters.
Pagination
Section titled “Pagination”The contacts table shows 25 records per page by default. Use the pagination controls at the bottom to navigate between pages.
