Deal Details

Click on a deal to see its full profile:

Header section:

  • Deal title
  • Value (formatted in workspace currency)
  • Pipeline / Stage badge
  • Status badge (Open, Won, or Lost)
  • Tags (click to manage)

Action buttons:

  • Mark As Won (green) — only visible for open deals
  • Mark As Lost (red) — only visible for open deals
  • Edit
  • Delete

Related entities:

  • Linked contact (click to navigate)
  • Linked company (click to navigate)

Info card:

  • Deal title, value, pipeline, stage, probability, expected close date
  • Contact, company, status, created date
  • Actual revenue (if won), loss reason (if lost), close notes
  • Custom fields
  1. Click Mark As Won
  2. In the modal, fill in:
    • Actual Revenue — pre-filled with the deal value, but editable
    • Close Notes — optional notes about the win
  3. Click Mark As Won

The deal status changes to “Won” and moves to the terminal won stage.

  1. Click Mark As Lost
  2. In the modal, fill in:
    • Loss Reason — select one: Budget, Competitor, Timing, No Decision, Other
    • Close Notes — optional notes about the loss
  3. Click Mark As Lost

The deal status changes to “Lost” and moves to the terminal lost stage.

  • Log calls, emails, meetings, tasks, and notes linked to this deal
  • Click + New Activity to create one
  • Complete activities with the checkbox
  • When you complete an activity, a Schedule Follow-up prompt appears
  • Add text notes about the deal
  • Notes appear newest first
  • Upload files related to the deal (max 10 MB)
  • Download or delete files
  • View synced emails linked to this deal (requires email sync)
  • Compose and reply to emails
