Section titled “What languages does Bobby CRM support?”The interface is available in English, French, and Dutch. Each user can choose their own language in Settings.
How many users can I have?
Section titled “How many users can I have?”The Free plan includes 2 users. The Pro plan supports unlimited users at €15/user/month.
Is my data secure?
Section titled “Is my data secure?”Yes. Bobby CRM is hosted in the EU on Google Cloud, uses Supabase for database and authentication, encrypts sensitive data (like API keys) at rest, and enforces row-level security so users can only access data they’re authorized to see.
Can I try Bobby CRM before buying?
Section titled “Can I try Bobby CRM before buying?”Yes — the Free plan is free forever with up to 2 users and 500 contacts. You can also generate demo data to explore all features.
Accounts & Roles
Section titled “Accounts & Roles”I can’t see Settings or Team in the sidebar
Section titled “I can’t see Settings or Team in the sidebar”These are only visible to Admin and Owner roles. Ask your admin if you need access to settings.
I can’t see other team members’ contacts or deals
Section titled “I can’t see other team members’ contacts or deals”If you have the User role, you can only see records you own. Ask your admin to upgrade you to Manager if you need to see all records.
How do I change my password?
Section titled “How do I change my password?”Click Forgot password? on the login page. You’ll receive a reset link by email.
Can I change my email address?
Section titled “Can I change my email address?”Currently, the email address used during signup cannot be changed. Contact support if you need assistance.
Deals & Pipeline
Section titled “Deals & Pipeline”How does the revenue forecast work?
Section titled “How does the revenue forecast work?”The forecast sums up: deal value x probability / 100 for all open deals. Setting realistic probability percentages on your pipeline stages makes this more accurate.
Can I have multiple pipelines?
Section titled “Can I have multiple pipelines?”Yes. Admins can create as many pipelines as needed in Settings > Pipelines. Each pipeline has its own stages.
What happens when I close a deal?
Section titled “What happens when I close a deal?”When you mark a deal as Won, you’re asked for the actual revenue and optional notes. When you mark it as Lost, you select a loss reason (Budget, Competitor, Timing, No Decision, Other) and optional notes.
What’s the difference between BCC and email sync?
Section titled “What’s the difference between BCC and email sync?”BCC logging is manual — you add your BCC address when sending emails. Email sync is automatic — it connects your Gmail or Outlook and captures everything. See BCC vs Sync for a full comparison.
I connected my email but no emails are appearing
Section titled “I connected my email but no emails are appearing”Make sure you have contacts in the CRM with matching email addresses. Bobby CRM links emails to contacts by matching email addresses. Also try clicking Sync Now on your connected account.
AI Assistant
Section titled “AI Assistant”Do I need to pay extra for the AI assistant?
Section titled “Do I need to pay extra for the AI assistant?”Bobby CRM does not charge for the AI feature. You pay the AI provider directly (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) based on usage — typically $1–10/month.
Which AI provider should I choose?
Section titled “Which AI provider should I choose?”If you’re not sure, start with OpenAI (most widely used) or Google Gemini (has a free tier). See Getting an API Key for a comparison.
Can the AI delete my data?
Section titled “Can the AI delete my data?”No. The AI assistant can propose changes (create, update, tag) but cannot delete records. All proposed changes require your explicit approval before executing.
Import & Export
Section titled “Import & Export”What file format does the import accept?
Section titled “What file format does the import accept?”CSV files only. Make sure your file has a header row with column names.
Will importing create duplicates?
Section titled “Will importing create duplicates?”Yes — the import doesn’t check for existing records. If you import the same file twice, you’ll get duplicates. Clean your CSV before importing.
Can I import deals?
Section titled “Can I import deals?”Currently, you can import contacts and companies only. Deals must be created manually or via the AI assistant.
