The interface is available in English, French, and Dutch. Each user can choose their own language in Settings.

The Free plan includes 2 users. The Pro plan supports unlimited users at €15/user/month.

Yes. Bobby CRM is hosted in the EU on Google Cloud, uses Supabase for database and authentication, encrypts sensitive data (like API keys) at rest, and enforces row-level security so users can only access data they’re authorized to see.

Yes — the Free plan is free forever with up to 2 users and 500 contacts. You can also generate demo data to explore all features.

I can’t see Settings or Team in the sidebar

These are only visible to Admin and Owner roles. Ask your admin if you need access to settings.

I can’t see other team members’ contacts or deals

If you have the User role, you can only see records you own. Ask your admin to upgrade you to Manager if you need to see all records.

Click Forgot password? on the login page. You’ll receive a reset link by email.

Currently, the email address used during signup cannot be changed. Contact support if you need assistance.

The forecast sums up: deal value x probability / 100 for all open deals. Setting realistic probability percentages on your pipeline stages makes this more accurate.

Yes. Admins can create as many pipelines as needed in Settings > Pipelines. Each pipeline has its own stages.

When you mark a deal as Won, you’re asked for the actual revenue and optional notes. When you mark it as Lost, you select a loss reason (Budget, Competitor, Timing, No Decision, Other) and optional notes.

What’s the difference between BCC and email sync?

BCC logging is manual — you add your BCC address when sending emails. Email sync is automatic — it connects your Gmail or Outlook and captures everything. See BCC vs Sync for a full comparison.

I connected my email but no emails are appearing

Make sure you have contacts in the CRM with matching email addresses. Bobby CRM links emails to contacts by matching email addresses. Also try clicking Sync Now on your connected account.

Do I need to pay extra for the AI assistant?

Bobby CRM does not charge for the AI feature. You pay the AI provider directly (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) based on usage — typically $1–10/month.

No. The AI assistant can propose changes (create, update, tag) but cannot delete records. All proposed changes require your explicit approval before executing.

CSV files only. Make sure your file has a header row with column names.

Yes — the import doesn’t check for existing records. If you import the same file twice, you’ll get duplicates. Clean your CSV before importing.

Currently, you can import contacts and companies only. Deals must be created manually or via the AI assistant.
