Signing Up

All roles

Anyone can create a new account. The first user in a workspace automatically becomes the Owner.

Create your account

1. Go to the Bobby CRM signup page
2. Fill in the form:
   • Full name — your display name in the CRM
   • Email — your work email address
   • Password — must meet all requirements below
3. Click Sign up

Password requirements

Your password must have:

• At least 12 characters
• At least one lowercase letter
• At least one uppercase letter
• At least one number

A real-time checklist appears as you type, showing which requirements are met.

What happens after signup

When you sign up, Bobby CRM automatically creates:

• A workspace named “[Your Name]‘s Workspace”
• Your user account with the Owner role
• A default B2B Sales pipeline with 6 stages (Lead, Qualified, Proposal, Negotiation, Won, Lost)

You’ll be redirected to the onboarding wizard to finish setting up your workspace.

Log in to an existing account

1. Go to the login page
2. Enter your email and password
3. Click Log in

You’ll be taken to your dashboard.

Forgot your password?

Click Forgot password? on the login page. You’ll receive an email with a link to reset your password.

Troubleshooting

Problem	Solution
”Signup is currently disabled”	Your admin has turned off public signups. Ask them for an invite.
Can’t log in after signing up	Check that you’re using the exact email you signed up with. Try resetting your password.
