General Settings
Accessing settings
Section titled “Accessing settings”Click Settings in the sidebar. The general settings are at the top of the page.
Available settings
Section titled “Available settings”Language
Section titled “Language”Choose your preferred language for the CRM interface:
- English
- French (Français)
- Dutch (Nederlands)
This is a per-user setting — each team member can choose their own language.
Switch between Light and Dark mode. This is also a per-user setting.
General settings (Admin only)
Section titled “General settings (Admin only)”These settings apply to the whole workspace:

| Currency | USD, EUR, GBP, CHF, CAD, AUD, JPY | Used for all deal values and forecasts |
| Date Format | MM/DD/YYYY, DD/MM/YYYY, YYYY-MM-DD | How dates appear throughout the CRM |
| Number Format | 1,000.00 or 1.000,00 | Decimal and thousands separator style |
| Timezone | UTC, Europe/London, Europe/Paris, Europe/Brussels, America/New_York, America/Chicago, America/Los_Angeles, Asia/Tokyo | Used for timestamps and scheduling |
Changes save automatically — you’ll see a “Saved” confirmation.
Admin links
Section titled “Admin links”Below the general settings, admins see quick links to other configuration areas:
- Billing — manage your subscription
- Tags — create and manage tags
- Custom Fields — define custom fields for contacts, companies, and deals
- Pipelines — manage sales pipelines and stages
- Email Settings — configure email integration
- Lead Scoring — set up lead scoring rules
- Plugins — manage installed plugins
